Job Description:

Primary goal of the taproom is to provide a positive environment for our guests and community to not only sell our craft beer but to provide an informative and educational experience for people to better understanding how craft beer is make and positive impact of the craft beer . The Taproom Manager responsible for staff development of + 20 par and fulltime staffs, profitable growth and enhance customer experience . The taproom manager duties include:

  • Be in charge to supervise & manage day to day operations and  performance
  • Meeting taproom financial objective and maintain profitable growth
  • Hiring , orienting, training, disciplining all of taproom staffs
  • Participating in all F&B marketing plans to attract publicity.
  • Overseeing and carrying out events planned for the taproom .
  • Engaging customers, making sales, and answering questions
  • Preparing & analyzing report & spreadsheet on regular basic
Job Requirements:

Knowledge of and passion for craft beer
Three years minimum in bar, restaurant or retail in the same level.
Excellent direct communication & customer services skills
Good interpersonal & leadership skills
