Gose is a traditional German beer that is brewed to be sour and salty. This kettle-soured delight is a feast for the senses. Pink, but a manly dark pink, this beer beckons the drinker in with a visual siren’s call. Hints of coriander and lactobacillus (the sour stuff) waft to the nose. The first sip puckers the lips with a quick sour blast that soon fades into a slightly salty and sweet finish that quickly clears the palate.

We used six different types of malted barley to give this beer a distinctly toasty, biscuit like base with malted rye adding what some describe as a ‘spicy’ character. Hops from America’s Pacific Northwest round out this beer with flavors of pine and citrus fruit.

POMELO IPA | 7%

Pomelo is that big green fruit you might have seen on some of Saigon’s roadsides. Mother of the grapefruit and the orange, it shares some similar characteristics to them. We used its skin and its fresh juice toa give an extra level of fruit-filled complexity to the dank, tropical fruit flavors and assertive bitterness provided by southern hemisphere hops.

Double Mocha Porter| 10.5%

This colossal imperial porter uses chocolate nibs roasted by our friends at Marou and combined with coffee provided by K’Ho from the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. Huge flavors of chocolate and coffee along with notes of caramel, toffee, and dark fruit seamlessly coalesce into one massive, yet drinkable, beer.

Inspired by Mexican Mole, We used Vietnamese ingredients to create this massive fiesta for your mouth hole. Local sauce man Saigon Charlie took our spent hops and dried them out and used them to smoke locally-sourced birds eye and Cayenne peppers for the beer. Talk about coming full-circle. Chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla round out our imperial stout to make a fiery dessert in a glass. Warning to the faint of heart: this brew is spicy!
